....a lifelong cake enthusiast with a passion for creativity. Growing up in an Italian family, food was always at the centre of our gatherings. I learned early on that food is about more than just eating, it's about connection, comfort, and celebrating life's special moments. From a young age, I knew food would always play an important role in my life.
My journey into cake design began with my love of all things sweet and really took off while studying Food Science at university—a background that allows me to combine artistry with technical precision.
Today, I run Let Them Eat Cakes, an award-winning studio with over 14 years of experience, specializing exclusively in bespoke, luxury wedding cakes. I feel incredibly lucky to have turned that passion into a thriving business, creating elegant, beautiful, and utterly delicious wedding cakes for couples across London and Kent. Every cake I deliver brings joy, beauty, and a touch of magic to each couple's big day.
