Growing up in an Italian family, food was always at the heart of our gatherings. I realised early on that it’s not just about satisfying hunger; it’s about connection and comfort. From a young age, I had a feeling that food would play a big role in my life.
My journey into cake design started with my love for all things sweet and really took off while studying Food Science at university. Now, at Let Them Eat Cakes, I’ve turned that passion into something truly special.
