Growing up in an Italian family, food was always at the heart of everything. It wasn’t just about eating, it was about gathering, connecting, and making memories together. From a young age, I knew food would always play a huge role in my life, but it wasn’t until I found cake design that I realised I’d found my real passion.

My love for sweet things kicked off when I studied Food Science at university, and that’s when my journey really began. Now, through Let Them Eat Cakes, I get to do what I love every day, creating beautiful cakes that make your special moments even more unforgettable.
