I'm Floriana, and I've been designing bespoke wedding cakes since 2010. Rochester and the wider Medway area are familar ground for me, it's somewhere I deliver to often and know my way around.
My style is romantic but relaxed. Soft buttercream, delicate florals, and details that feel like you, not a copy of someone else's Pinterest board. Every cake is designed around you and your day, and I deliver each one myself so it arrives exactly as it should.
Venues I'm familiar with around RochesterThe George Vaults is one of my absolute favourites. It's built over a medieval crypt that lay hidden for centuries and was only rediscovered back in 2002. Getting married down in that candlelit vault, right below the Castle and Cathedral, is really something, and a cake looks wonderful in that setting. I know exactly how to get it safely down there and looking its best.
I'm at Cooling Castle Barn all the time too. Those high ceilings and raw brick walls make a stunning backdrop for a wedding cake. And over the years I've delivered plenty of times to The Vines, right in the heart of old Rochester near the Castle and Cathedral, and up to Knowle Country House in Higham with its beautiful Victorian gardens.

How it works
Your design consultation happens over Zoom, so you can talk me through your ideas, your venue and your colours from your sofa. I'll send a tasting box to your door so you can try the flavours in your own time. Then I design, bake and personally deliver your cake to your Rochester venue.
I'm a four-time Hitched Wedding Award winner, fully insured, with a five-star hygiene rating, and I only take on a limited number of weddings each month so every cake gets the attention it deserves.
