Simple Steps To Book Your Wedding Cake

Step 1: Initial Enquiry
Start by sending over details of what you're picturing, colours, design elements, the overall look you're going for. Tell me about your venue, your wedding date, and roughly how many guests you're expecting. Or simply fill in the contact form below, and I'll have everything I need to get started. Once I've had a look, I'll send you a quote.


Step 2: Tasting
If the quote works for you, it's time to try the cakes! Choose any flavours from my cake menu. Tasting boxes are available in sets of 4 or 6. Order yours through the link below and enjoy your samples from the comfort of home.


Step 3: Securing Your Booking
You can secure your wedding date in one of two ways: pay 50% of the full cost, or save your date with a £150 non-refundable deposit (this comes off your final total). If your wedding is within nine months, this holds your date for six weeks; if it's further away than that, it holds it for 90 days. Please check my availability before paying.


Step 4: Consultation
Once your date's secured, we can get into the details - over the phone, video call, or email, whatever's easiest for you. Send me any inspiration photos, colour palettes, mood boards, or Pinterest boards you've got. I won't copy another designer's cake exactly, but I'd love to take inspiration from the elements you love when we design yours together.

Step 5: Creating Your Wedding Cake
Once the final balance is settled, I focus entirely on creating your cake. From here, it's entirely in my hands - you can relax and start looking forward to the big reveal.

Before ordering your samples, please contact us to check availability for your wedding date (if you haven’t already done so).
Treat yourself to a wedding cake tasting experience from the comfort of home with one of our delicious sample boxes.
Choose four or six flavours from our menu by leaving your selections in the notes section at checkout, or by emailing us directly. If you’re unsure, we’ll make it easy and send you our four most popular flavours: Classic Vanilla, Zesty Lemon, Chocolate Fudge, and Salted Caramel.
As each box is freshly made to order, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. You’ll receive a dispatch notification with tracking details once your box is on its way.
If you have any dietary requirements, just let us know in advance—we’re happy to accommodate where possible.

Need more time to consider design, flavours, style?

We'll reserve your event date in our diary for a limited amount of time until your first payment is made.

We highly recommend using this option to ensure your date is secured, especially during peak wedding season when our availability becomes limited. We'll reserve your event date in our diary for a limited time until you make your first payment. This allows us more time to discuss all your requirements and finalise your design, concluding with a hand-drawn sketch for you to review if required.

This deposit is fully deductible from the cost of your main cake, essentially making it free when you book with us.

For weddings within the next 9 months, we offer a 6-week reservation in our diary with our 'hold the date' deposit. 

For weddings happening beyond 9 months, our 'hold the date' deposit reserves your date in our diary for 90 days, giving you more time to plan. .

Please confirm the availability of your wedding date with us before making this payment.

Please note, the deposit is non-refundable. If you choose not to proceed with the booking within the specified time frames (less than 9 months - 6 weeks, more than 9 months - 90 days), your deposit payment will be lost.
